• Account and profile data such as name, email address, password hash, company details, and referral information.
• Service usage data including restaurant metadata, uploaded dish photos, AI generation parameters, and shareable link settings.
• Billing information handled through our payment provider (plan selection, invoices, payment status); we do not store full card details.
• Support communications, feedback, and marketing preferences.
• Device and technical data like IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, and diagnostics supplied by our hosting partners.

3. Sensitive Images & AI Processing

Uploaded photos may include items of a personal nature. Please avoid submitting imagery containing personal data wherever possible. AI models process images to create enhanced results, and resulting files are stored in Supabase storage associated with your account.

We use personal data to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service and its AI capabilities.
• Authenticate users, administer subscriptions, and enforce usage limits.
• Process payments, manage invoices, and handle refunds.

5. Legal Bases (UK GDPR)

We rely on performance of our contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product development), consent (optional marketing, referral programmes), and legal obligations (financial record keeping, regulatory compliance) as the primary legal bases for processing.

6. Sharing & International Transfers

We share data with trusted subprocessors that help operate the Service, including:

• Supabase for hosting, authentication, database, and storage services.
• Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.
• Google Cloud (including Google Gemini) for AI image generation.
• Other infrastructure providers such as deployment and analytics vendors.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses and apply appropriate safeguards.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account remains active and for up to six years thereafter to meet tax and audit obligations. Photos and AI outputs are retained until you delete them or close your account, after which they are removed within 90 days unless legal obligations require otherwise. Logs and analytics data are generally kept for up to 18 months.

8. Security Measures

We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, monitoring, and regular reviews of our infrastructure. You remain responsible for protecting your login credentials and ensuring local devices are secure.

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your personal data, and may object to certain processing (including marketing).
