Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our virtual staging platform.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SnackSnap.ai platform (the “Service”), operated by Intheday Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.
2.2 You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
2.3 You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, inactive, or in breach of these Terms.
3.1 SnackSnap.ai provides restaurant photo management, AI-assisted plating/enhancement tools, shareable galleries, and subscription management.
3.2 AI features rely on third-party providers (currently Google Gemini). Outputs may vary and require human review before use.
3.3 We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at any time. Where practical we will communicate material changes.
4.1 Plan details, pricing, taxes, and credit allowances are displayed at the point of purchase. All sums are charged in GBP unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4.3 Monthly generation limits (including referral or promotional credits) reset as described in your plan. Unused credits do not roll over unless we say otherwise.
4.4 You authorise us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date. We may suspend access if payment fails.
4.5 Refunds are provided only where required by law or expressly offered in writing.
5.1 Referral or promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time.
5.2 We may cancel credits obtained through self-referral, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
6.1 You must not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; attempt to bypass security; interfere with the Service; use outputs in misleading or discriminatory marketing; or resell access without our consent.
6.2 You must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property, data protection, consumer protection, and advertising regulations.
7.1 You retain ownership of assets you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and process Customer Content to deliver the Service.
7.2 AI-generated imagery belongs to you, subject to compliance with these Terms and third-party model restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring outputs do not infringe rights or mislead recipients.
7.3 Our software, branding, templates, and trademarks remain our exclusive property.
8.1 We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and Customer Content.
8.2 Both parties must keep confidential information secure, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing.
8.3 Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data under UK GDPR.
9.1 The Service integrates with providers such as Supabase, Google, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages or breaches on those platforms but take reasonable steps to manage integrations securely.
9.2 Using integrated features may require you to accept third-party terms.
10.1 We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside core UK business hours where possible.
10.2 Support is available via support@snacksnap.ai. Paid plans may include priority responses.
11.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
11.2 We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or risk legal liability for us.
11.3 After termination we may delete Customer Content following a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations.
12.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data where backups are not maintained, or reliance on AI outputs without human review.
12.3 Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid during that period. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You agree to indemnify Intheday Ltd against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights through Customer Content or AI outputs.
14.1 We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or security needs.
14.2 Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
